Christmas 2010

On Christmas morning, I went downstairs a bit after 7 am, and rushed to my stocking. In there was Dunkin Doughnuts gift cards, Redskins silly bands, Redskins pencils, and more. Beside the Christmas tree, I found Celtics jerseys, coats and a Celtics book and basketball. There was also a glow in the dark basketball. While my brothers were still fishing in their stockings, I found a trampoline in the kitchen. The reason it was there was because it would not fit in the living room with the other presents. I shouted, “Look guys, a trampoline!” They came over to me and looked at it. My dad said, “I don’t know how Santa got that in there, I tried to move it.” After all of the presents were open, we ate breakfast. We had bacon, scrambled eggs and toast. Then I went in the basement and tried a game of NBA Jam. My dad came down about 10 minutes later and played against me. I won 58 to 52. I had a very merry Christmas this year!

Trick or Treat!

On October 29th 2010, I went trick or treating. First, we went to my friend Colby's house. From there, I got a mini-three whoppers pack and a kit-kat. Next, I got a mini baby ruth. When we went to Mr. Gary's house, we got to see Mrs. McKinsey. At the end, we propaly went to about 30-40 different houses. I even counted all of my candy! I had 104. Yes, I ate some candy. I ate Milk Duds, a Reeses Cup, and a Twizzlers. Oh, and a Kit-Kat. Me, Cooper and Parker all found big choclate bars in our treat bag. I had a Milky Way, Cooper had a Baby Ruth, and also Parker had an cookies n' cream Snickers. What a FUN day trick or treating it was. And trick or treat to you, too.

The nailbiter-Redskins @ Eagles

At 4;15 PM, I turned on channel "Fox" to watch Donavan McNabb return to Phily' against Michael Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles(He played for the Eagles from 1999 to 2009). In the first quarter, the Eagles began with possesion, but the Skins' defense stopped them for a three and out. The Redskins drive resulted in a touchdown and a lead 7-0. At halftime, the Redskins were up 17-6. In the third quarter, #7 Michael Vick got injured, and one of the Redskins best players also got injured. RB #26 Clinton Portis. So now it was #4 Kevin Kolb for Vick, and #46 Ryan Turain for Portis. The Eagles came back, to make the score 17-6, still a Redskin lead. Kevin Kolb threw it for a touchdown. Then they decided to try the 2-point conversion but the pass was incomplete. The next drive in the 4th quarter was EXCITING although it was Eagle offense. 4th and 8, on the last play of this game. Kevin Kolb threw to the end zone, the reciever caught it, but then dropped it! Its over, what a nailbiter!!! Final score, 2-2 Washington Redskins 17 2-2 Philadelphia Eagles 12.

First day of 3rd grade

My first day of third grade was August 18th, 2010. My teacher is Mrs. Fowler. My friends Trey and Elmer are in my class. I also made some new friends. Logan, Jay, Kaileb,Jack, Bradley and Xandre. I think it is easy peasy lemon sqeasey. On the second day of school we had a cup stacking challenge. The team that won would each get bubble gum. And there were about eight teams. What'a ya know? My team won and that we got gum at the end of the day before me and first grade Cooper got on our bus. 433. The next day we played that game again. But...we lost. Thats to bad but its impossible to win all the games. Oh, I forgot to tell you that the class that Cooper is in is Mrs. Swain. His teacher in Kindergarten was Mrs. James. I am doing this post on Sunday, August 5th, 2010 at 9:18 am. Well right now.

In August 2nd 2010 me and my family went to Ocean city for 4 days. We stayed at Burgundy Inn hotel again. When we got there My family, Granny, Papa, and my 8 year old end of the year second grader cousin Kurt went to get pizza for lunch. Man, those pizzas are yummmmmm-y! Then after that we went to the ocean. There was huge waves and 1 or 2 tidal waves. A couple of them knocked me down. We stayed there untill it was time to go to dinner. We went to Haws and I brought my DS with me. Me and Kurt played "Indianapolis 400". I got Grilled cheese for dinner and then we went to Jolly Rodger. When me and Kurt played on the ballons both of us spinned the thing fast. I said, "Whoo-wee, I don't think this could be any better!"We rode alot more rides too. The next morning we ate breakfast and then went to the ocean. With the waves were just about the same thing. After that we went to eat lunch and then the Burgundy Inn pool. Me Kurt and Cooper got ocean animal rafts. Me and Cooper got sharks and Kurt got a dolphin. In the pool Kurt and Cooper played a game together. I was their lawyer. Kurt wanted to be pousinus and get a shield and stuff like that. But Cooper wanted Fire Breath and his own duengon and all. We ate dinner at Crab Alley. At Jolly Rodger we went to speedworld to ride the go karts. Dad and I raced at a track called Thick Tunnel Raceway and we won. I think he mighta lapped a few. Then we raced at Lemans Speedway. Then we went to Candy Kitchen to get ice cream and I also got a Webkinz and Cooper got like 50 sillybandz. The next morning, we went to the ocean and jet ski at Kurt's house. Yeah. Level 2 swimming lessons at Martin K. Snook pool 2010

In late July 2010 I had swimming lessons at Martin K. Snook pool. I was in level 2. My teachers were Mrs. Linsey and Mrs. Brooke. I had lots of fun. Me and Cooper's shallow end(Cooper is in level 1 and Parker is in 3-year old level)are 3 foot 6. Parker's shallow is two feet. Y'wanna know why I know that? Because on the sides of the pool it says how deep it is. We work on our front glides and back glides, diving for rings...and other stuff too. We go to deep end where it's ten foot six and do seeded dives and safety jumps. I love the diving board thats twelve feet which is the deepest the pool gets. I like the water slide too. The water slide is four foot four. When I got my certicafate I saw I passed Level 2. Cooper passed level one and Parker is moving on to Coop's class. We ALL had fun. PS the only person in my class that I knew was Charlie.

Baltimore science center

It was lots of fun when we went to the Baltimore science center. First we went to eat our lunch. I forget what it was called but I got pepperoni pizza at a pretty cheep price. I had regular milk to drink. And so then we went to Level 2. We saw real clouds up close. It was like air. I could'nt feel it either. We walked twenty feet forwards to play tug of war. The first two times just only Parker. He's only three years old but man, he... Strong. Powerful. Good. Can really pull. I'm very strong too. But both times I barely even won. Then I played Cooper twice. Beat him once, he beat me once. Then I played against Parker and Dad. Dad is super duper, DUPER strong. But... I beat em'. Then Iplayed Dad and had it a half a centermeter to my side for the win but Dad pulled it back and I lost. I even went over to see how a earthquake formed. Later we went up another story, there is five story's I think. But we played Solar system jeopordy and watched a video on the moon. We did lots of other stuff too but it probaly would be a lot to much to put it all on this post.

Recap: Redskins vs Titans

At the beggining of the Titans first drive, the Redskins defense held strong, forcing a fumble and recovering it. Although, on Tennesee's next drive they scored a touchdown. But Washington tied the game up 7-7 with a touchdown of their own. The score was 10-7 Redskins at halftime. Donavan McNabb had passed for 171 passing yards by the time. With the score all tied 16-16, Redskins kicker #4 Graham Gano lined up for a 47 yard field goal on the last play, but the goal was no good, so they went into overtime. Tennesee won the coin toss, but cornerback #23 Deangalo Hall intercepted a pass, leading the Redskins to another field goal, this time from 48 yards. "Yyyyaaaaa!'" It was good! 5-5 Washington Redskins 19 6-4 Tennesee Titans 16.

All about the July 4th

On July 4th 2010 it was Sunday and I went to Nena & Big Daddy's house. We got our Suntan lotion on and got in the swimming pool. It felt good-fresh and chill, perhaps about 83 degrees. I can actully touch flat on my feet in the 3 foot shallow water. And then we bring you to the deep water. Of course I can't touch at all. It's like six and a half feet deep. Sure, that's bigger than three feet. Each foot equals twelve inches tall. I already knew this but the pool also has a basketball hoop, two basketballs, 5 maxluiqudator water guns, 4 or 5 splash bomb balls, 6 boats, a toy alligator, a beachball, 3 volleyballs or somthing, 2 sticky tennis rackets, a tennis ball,a purple/violet kickboard and 5 diving rings. My baby cousin Addison, Uncle Chris, and Aunt Suize came too. After we got out of the pool, we ate dinner and I had Black Rasberry ice cream topped with Hershey's choclate syrup. It tasted yummy. And then after that we got back in the pool for about 2 hours. Then we caught fire flys, we got 5. At about 9:15 we went up on the porch to watch the fireworks. They were cool ones. Different colors. And the grand finale was awesome. It was better when I saw the grand finale.

The Celtics make it!

My favorite NBA basketball team, as told in the "Book Review:Dwight Howard, is the 17-time world champion team, the Boston Celtics. They started the NBA season with a record of 23-4. Then for some stupid reason, the Celtics finished the season 28-27. They won their division and confrence, with a record of 51-31. Out of all the teams other than the Celtics, that had a record better than the C's were, Clevland Cavaleirs(61-21) Orlando Magic(59-23) Los Angelos Lakers(57-25) Atlanta Hawks(54-28) Phionex Suns(54-28) Denver Nuggets(53-29) and the last team was the Utah Jazz(52-30). Oh, and the Dallas Mavriecks(55-27). Here is the confrence standings. East, 1.Boston Celtics(51-31)2. Clevland Cavaleirs(61-21)3. Orlando Magic(59-23)4. Atlanta Hawks(54-28)5.Miami Heat(47-35) 6. Milaukee Bucks(46-36)7. Charlotte Bobcats(44-38)8.Chicogo Bulls(41-41)9. Toronto Raptors(40-42)10.Indiana Pacers(32-50)11.New York Knicks(29-53)12.Detroit Pistons(27-55)13. Philadelphia 76ers(27-55)14. Wahington D.C. Wizards(26-56) 15. New Jersey Nets(12-70). West,1.Los Angolos Lakers(57-25)2. Dallas Mavericks(55-27)3. Phionex Suns(54-28)4.Denver Nuggets(53-29)5. Utah Jazz(53-29)6.Portland Trail Blazers(50-32)7.San Antonio Spurs(50-32)8. Oklahoma City Thunder(50-32)9.Houston Rockets(42-40)10.Memphis Grizzlies(40-42)11.New Orleans Hornets(37-45)12.Los Angolos Clippers(29-53)13.Golden State Warriors(26-56)14. Sacramecto Kings(25-57)15. Minnesota Timberwolves(15-67). Note:teams 1st-8th in the confrence made the playoffs. In the first round, The Celtics beat the heat 4 wins to 1 win, in the quarterfinals, the Celtics beat the Cavaleirs 4 wins to 2 wins, in the semifinals, Boston beat the Magic 4 wins to 2 wins, but in the finals, the Celtics beat the Lakers 4 wins to 3 wins!

Me and my brothers take a trip to Hershey Park

On Tuesday June 15th, 2010 my family and I went on a trip to Hershey Park,in Hershey,Pensailvanna. Hershey Park is the second place world record of how many rides it has(65). I was a Hershey bar, Cooper was a Reece's cup, and Parker was a Hershey kiss.

In order, a Minature is about 18-22 inches tall, a Tootsie roll is about 23-30 inches tall, a Hershey kiss is about 31-39 inches tall, a Reece's cup is about 40-47 inches tall, a Hershey bar is about 48-54 inches tall, a Twizzlers is about 55-58 inches tall, and a Jolly Rodger is about 59 and up inches tall.

First we rode on the Dizzy Drums, then the Pirate Ship, that tickles people's belly to chin. Then we walked to the Trail Blazer Roolercoaster. It went down then turned through an tunnel, then it went way up high, and then went straight down really, really fast, then went around and around really, really fast, probaly even more faster than the hill, and then after that it went up and down and up then it went through a tunnel, after that it was over. I loved it, so I rode it again. Then we went through the Choclate factory, the choclate factory showed us how Hershey's milk choclate is made, there were also cows singing, "Hershey's milk choclate, hershey's milk choclate, yeah. And that was very very funny. After that, we went to get pizza. I got pepporoni pizza. Then for dessert I had a cookie, choclate fudge cake, and a Hershey's choclate milkshake. Also, at the cafateria, we saw Cooper's favorite NASCAR driver, #29, Kevin Harvick.

And so then after that we went to ride on some more rides we rode the Scrambler, the scrambler tickled my chest, and went very fast. Then we went on the Log. It was very boring untill the end when we went down a big hill, that made me get soaken wet. Then my daddy did the 3PT shooting contest, the high score was seven, but he got four, then we ate cotton candy and played whack-a-mole. We won and each of us got our very own teddy bear. Then we rode the Frog hop belly tickler and then the swings. Then we rode the Ladybug, then the Bizzy Bees, then I rode the Wildcat rollercoaster. It was huge and had way bigger hills than the Trail Blazer, and it went way faster than the Trail Blazer. The wildcat tickled and shook my cheeks. We also rode the train, then we went on other rides and went home. What a day filled with fun at Hershey park!

Book Review: Dwight Howard

I recently read the biography Dwight Howard by John Fawaz.

Dwight Howard plays for a team that I do not like. This book is non-fiction, and it is fun to read this book. Dwight Howard was born on December 8th 1985, in Atlanta. In high school basketball, Dwight was a shooting guard, Near the end of the season,he broke his right leg, and then when he came back, he had grown to six foot seven, nearley half a foot!In the 2004 NBA draft, in the first pick of the first round he got selected to the Orlando Magic. His nickname is superman. The Magic went to the NBA finals against the Los Angolos Lakers. They lost the round four wins to three wins. If they won, I think it would have been the first championchip that they ever won.I don't really know, but i'm just guessing. P.S., I do not like the Magic, I like the Boston Celtics, which is the NBA team with the most championchips(17).

Book Review: Diary of A Wimpy Kid

Trust me, this book is just big time hilarius! Well, now Greg Heffley is in middle school, surrounded by a whole bunch of morons. Page one,"Just don't expect me to be all "Dear Diary" this and "Dear Diary" that. Greg told his mom to buy him a journal, not a diary. But do you know what she got him? A:Diary.

Some of the funniest parts are: Page eigteen, "Wanna come over to my house and PLLAAAAYYYYY?" Rowley Jefferson says.Page twenty-two, "Hey, this one says it's to "Bubby".Page twenty-three,"C is for cookie, and cookies are for me." Page twenty-nine, "Juice, Juice!" Page thirty-eight, "Let's have a talk FRIEND!" "Friend=good!" Page one-hundred forty one, "Hey,look at me, I'm your dad, dar dar dar!" Page one-hundred eighty eight, "Let me get this for you "Captain!" Greg says. Page one-hundred ninety four, "Greg, i'm sorry I chased you with a booger on my finger. Here, I put it on this piece of paper so you can come get me back." Fregley writes on his note he wrote to Greg. Page two-hundred sixteen, "Diaper rash ahead."

In this book there were two-hundred seventeen pages, like all Diary Of A Wimpy Kid books.
